In 2018, Heidi Voigt and Brandon Johnson set out on a new journey to be more than just a sales entity. Starting VoigtJohnson not only allowed us to do real estate the right way, but to foster the growth of a like-minded team as well. By empowering our people to make a difference in whatever way they choose, we are all able to find real purpose and make a difference together. Giving back is woven into the fabric of our local community, and we have been dedicated to being helpers from the start.

Our agents utilize a no-obligation, two-step approach in competitively listing your home. We don’t come with a number in our heads – first, we visit your home and discuss your goals. Our agents perform a comprehensive market analysis based on comps in your area. With the information we have gathered, we visit with you again and recommend a marketing plan that will realistically achieve your goals.
Staging
Presentation of your home matters. The way you live in your home is often a very different demonstration of your home than when you are actively marketing it for sale. Our agents offer recommendations for removing clutter, home improvement, partial staging, and full staging options to create the best, marketable product.
Media
We want your home to look its absolute best to potential buyers. Visual presentation comes in many formats, and we will use the best tools that will highlight your home in the most complimentary style. That is why we invest in a professional photographer to take color photos, drone videos, and ground level video that can be used to highlight your home through online marketing.

We did not invent the Internet, but we believe we use it better than any other real estate brokerage. In addition to Facebook, LinkedIn & Instagram, we advertise your home on more than 4000 websites, including Realtor.com & Zillow.
Multiple Listing Service & Agent Network
In addition to posting a professionally installed sign and lockbox, we will submit your home to the MLS and promote your property within our brokerage and to the area’s top agents. Our agents will also contact appropriate buyer leads and past clients to see if your home would be a good fit.
Open Houses
Some agents will tell you that open houses do not work because they do not want to host this effective marketing event. But the truth is, they do work! We will happily promote and hold open houses to attract a wide variety of buyers.
