Tara is a graduate of St. Cloud State University with a bachelor’s degree in Marketing. Upon graduating in 2004 she began a career in Real Estate. Tara and her husband, Andy live in Gilman with their three daughters Ali, Molly & Summer. As a family they enjoy spending time together- camping, watching their kids play on numerous sports teams, and are also volunteer coaches for some of those teams. They are also active members of the Gilman Park and Rec Association. As a most valued person in our group- we love the passion she has for all things real estate in and outside of the work day.

Courtney and her husband Caleb are both natives of the Sauk Rapids area. She is a military wife whose husband served 6 years as an active duty service member. Danielle is proud to call Central Minnesota home. Her family has lived and owned various local businesses for four generations. Growing up with a dad who built houses and a mom who staged and designed the interiors with children in tow, Danielle was exposed to the construction process from an early age.
Danielle’s started to study law in Washington state as a way of helping others, and while the goals were important, the route wasn’t a good fit. After buying an old farm with her husband, she realized that she loved the process, and that Real Estate would be a way to help people with their goals of owning a home while while having fun exploring St.Cloud area properties.
Danielle lives in Rice with her husband, daughter and two dogs. They are embarking on the home building process in summer 2019, and excited to learn more about the industry along the way.

Growing up in Central MN on a hobby farm has helped lay a foundation of hard work, persistence, integrity, and care, in my life.
My passion for real estate started in college when in my third year of school I applied for my first mortgage. I knew even then the impact of home ownership! Even though I was denied due to insufficient income, I didn’t let that stop me from dreaming about owning my own home. I continued to chase down that dream and bought my first home just a few years after in Sartell, and later turned that home into a rental property.
Sartell has been my home as I’ve served as a pastor at The Waters Church for over 14 years. My husband Nick teaches Math at Sartell High School and coaches basketball, and we have twin girls, Audra & Nellie, who spice up life daily!
