Heidi is a lifetime resident of Central MN. Her work ethic was refined at an early age by her parents, grandparents, aunts, and uncles. Heidi along with her husband, Eric, have raised four children who are also journeying their way through the world with the core values of kindness, respect, and hard work. When people say Heidi is a busy gal, her response is that she says “YES” more.

Real Estate is a personal business. It requires engagement, trust, commitment, and respect. Providing real estate expertise was a natural career move for Heidi in 2009 after working with a local builder for numerous years. Every work and volunteer experience Heidi has had enhances her ability to relate to people on a level that is personal and professional. In Heidi’s business, relationships with clients and fellow agents will forever hold more value than a paycheck. This is how Heidi creates ongoing friendships.

Brandon and his wife, Laurie, believe in raising their daughters, Emma and Lindsey, with the enthusiasm of the entrepreneurial spirit. Inspired by this, Brandon understands the importance of combining a small business with giving back and contributing to our community. A graduate from The University of St. Thomas, Brandon spent some time working for a major Minnesota corporation prior to becoming a REALTOR.

His interest in investment properties as he emerged from college engaged him in the idea of transitioning into Real Estate. This move was made in 2004 and has been an incredible adventure. In addition to ongoing education, Brandon has also been an accredited instructor through the State of Minnesota and has served on the local board for St. Cloud Association of Realtors. Brandon likes to be involved and volunteers with Junior Achievement, Le Sauk Lions and attends Celebration Lutheran Church. Providing real estate services with a purpose is what drives Brandon!

Tara is a graduate of St. Cloud State University with a bachelor’s degree in marketing. Upon graduating in 2004 she began a career in Real Estate. A resume of experience that has engaged every facet of real estate function, Tara is truly an expert. As the Administrator of our organization, she oversees all transactions from listing to sale. A unique perspective, Tara offers exceptional service to both our customers and to VoigtJohnson Realtors. A clear communicator with a calm disposition, she is the heart of our business! 

Tara and her husband, Andy live in Gilman with their three adorable daughters Ali, Molly & Summer. As a family they enjoy spending time together- camping, gardening, and being outside. In the past several years, Tara and Andy have tackled numerous household remodeling projects and have invested in rental property. As the most valued person in our group- we love the passion she has for all things real estate in and outside of the workday.

Craig brings to VoigtJohnson over 30 years of real estate, home design, and construction experience. He specializes in real estate sales of existing homes, new construction, lot/land sales, land development, investment properties, & buyer representation along with commercial sales & leasing.

Craig’s strong work ethic, knowledge, experience, and integrity combine to give you quality representation. He is a lifelong resident of Central MN and has extensive knowledge of the many different neighborhoods & communities.

Away from work, Craig spends time with his family enjoying their many outdoor activities including fishing, golfing, hunting, camping, spending time at the lake, & doing projects around their hobby farm. Craig looks forward to working together to reach your real estate goals!

Core values are cultivated and derived from small towns in Central MN. Tina grew up in a small town and is happily instilling those same values into her family and work life. Happily married with two children, Kurt and Tina enjoy the outdoors in all seasons. When at home in Cold Spring, you will find her family relaxing by a bonfire as many of us do. Tina and her husband are entrepreneurs, and they drive each other to work hard and in turn give back to the community where they live.

A background in Credit and Finance was a great launching point for Tina to develop her Real Estate career. Enabling buyers and sellers to have a strong understanding of their financial options and opportunity sets Tina apart. She opens doors and minds to the American Dream. Always at the forefront, advocating for her clients is Tina’s top priority. This equates to great results. A diversified menu of services, Tina works with entry level homes, new construction, relocation, and transitional moves for buyers and sellers. When asked, Tina will tell you that her favorite is lakeshore, as she loves where she lives and is thrilled when others can share that joy.

Growing up in Central MN has Emily deeply rooted in our community. Currently, a resident of St. Joseph, she enjoys spending time with family and friends. When Emily is not selling real estate, she enjoys boating on local lakes, camping, horseback riding, and checking out new restaurants and brew pubs. Emily shares her home with her husband Dylan, daughter Scarlett, son Brody, and their Goldendoodles Gracie and Millie. 

Real Estate is a passion for Emily. She is a full-time real estate agent and has been serving people since 2015. Working together with clients and assisting people in locating “the house” is a satisfying feeling. Being instrumental in her clients achieving their real estate goals is important to Emily, it is what helps her build ongoing relationships and how most of Emily’s business is directly referred, by previously satisfied clients. Renee has lived in Central Minnesota since 1983. Along with her husband of 34 years, she has four children and two grandchildren. While away from the work place, she enjoys spending time with family & friends, reading and watching her childrens sporting events.

As the daughter of a builder and wife of a property manager, she has been exposed to housing most of her life. Having built and designed 6 personal homes, she has acquired knowledge and skill sets that have proven beneficial to her clients, both Buyers and Sellers.

Focused on serving her clients interests first, Renee has developed a successful track record. With a commitment to excellence, she enjoys assisting a variety of individual clients with entry-level homes to move-up, along with executive home buying and selling. She also has expertise in listing and selling residential sites for area developers.

Renee embodies integrity, transparency, energy, hard work and dedication in all service aspects of real estate transactions. Grateful for having the opportunity to raise a family in Central Minnesota, she makes sure new residents are welcomed to this exceptional region.

As a 2002 graduate from St. Cloud State University with a bachelor’s degree in real estate, Jaime brings a unique and well-rounded perspective into the real estate industry. Jaime has also worked side by side with some of the area’s top REO agents giving her firsthand experience with bank owned / foreclosure properties. In addition, she completed over 500 property valuations and market reports for prospective buyers, sellers, and corporate clients. With this knowledge and experience, she can recommend proper pricing for sellers and create confidence for buyers in all real estate transactions. 

Jaime was born and raised in the St. Cloud area and continues to reside there with her fiancé, Pat and there 2 sons, Anthony and Logan. Raising their sons with the foundation that dedication, kindness, and generosity are an essential part of personal and professional relationships, Jaime also strives to apply these values to every client interaction. She prides herself in treating every client on a personal level and is always willing to go the extra mile to ensure their real estate experience is not only successful but enjoyable. 

I was born and raised in the St. Joseph area and grew up working for a local multi-generational family business. This early work experience established the importance of friendly customer service and the value of “how you make people feel.” 

Carrying these values with me, I fed my love of learning and passion for service to begin a career caring for people. I graduated from the College of St. Benedict in 2000 with a BSN and worked as a nurse for 20 years. Integrity, transparency, and excellent communication are strengths I developed throughout that time and continue to carry over into my real estate transactions. 

My real estate experience began when my husband and I took on the adventure of rental management in 2006. Subsequently, rehab/renovation experience was added as we navigated several projects on properties we bought and sold. 

In 2017, I obtained my Real estate license so I could help others with home ownership! I enjoy representing and educating clients as they navigate the buying, selling, and building process. I would love the opportunity to work with you! 

Krista, a lifelong resident of Central Minnesota, lives in Sartell with her husband Seth and their son Talan. Her early exposure to customer service began when she would accompany her father to job sites where he inspected construction materials he had sold. These early experiences instilled in her a keen attention to detail and a deep appreciation for personalized care, shaping her into the dedicated professional she is today.

With nearly 18 years of experience in the service and event industry, Krista honed her skills in fast-paced environments, developing a reputation for her keen eye for detail, strong business ethics, and unwavering commitment to client satisfaction. Her success as an event coordinator at a prominent venue was a testament to her ability to navigate challenges with poise and professionalism, earning the trust and respect of those around her.

In 2018, Krista made the transition into real estate, where she continues to apply the same dedication and precision that defined her earlier career. As a real estate agent, Krista approaches each client, property, and transaction with a deep understanding of their unique needs and aspirations. Her passion for problem-solving and attention to detail ensures that every aspect of the process is handled with care, resulting in a smooth and successful experience for her clients.

Courtney and her husband Caleb are both natives of the Sauk Rapids area. She is a military spouse whose husband served 6 years as an active-duty service member. His time in service took them from Minnesota to Germany, and then to Colorado. They have 3 daughters and enjoy spending their time on the farm, hunting, and playing outside! 

Courtney is a natural business leader. While building a successful network marketing business, she cultivated her ability to help others realize their potential and to inspire change around her. As a wife & busy mom of 3, Courtney understands the challenges and emotions that go into moving and creating a home. She uses her wide range of experiences to master an exceptional level of customer service, driven by her compassion for others.

Danielle is proud to call Central Minnesota home. Her family has lived and owned various local businesses for four generations. Growing up with a dad who built houses and a mom who staged and designed the interiors with children in tow, Danielle was exposed to the construction process from an early age.

Danielle’s started to study law in Washington state as a way of helping others, and while the goals were important, the route wasn’t a good fit. After buying an old farm with her husband, she realized that she loved the process, and that Real Estate would be a way to help people with their goals of owning a home while while having fun exploring St.Cloud area properties.

Danielle lives in Rice with her husband, daughter and two dogs. They are embarking on the home building process in summer 2019, and excited to learn more about the industry along the way.

Keith Kobienia, born and raised in Central Minnesota, currently resides in St. Cloud. With a strong work ethic and unwavering integrity, Keith holds himself to his word. His philosophy of practice is simple yet powerful: “Be honest. Be humble. And do the right thing.”

With over 25 years of direct consumer sales and real estate experience, Debra’s experience and skills guides past, present, and future clients in finding the right home and properties they seek. She is a graduate of SCSU in Business Administration. Beginning in 1992, she launched her own business endeavor specializing in window treatments and interior design. Known for her ability to connect, communicate and being a strong advocate for her clients, she found a new passion within the real estate sector and officially began as an agent in 2009. 

When Debra is not working hard for her clients, she is working hard to spend as many enjoyable moments with her family as possible. Cruising on the beautiful lakes of MN, traveling and playing cards are a few of her favorite past times. Each day, she looks forward to building new relationships with clients and assisting them in all their real investments in the future.

Growing up on a dairy farm in central Minnesota taught me many lessons I use daily. Hard work and honesty are the two biggest virtues I take from my time on the farm and have been an integral part of my real estate career. Today I live in Sartell with my wife Sara and our children Avery and Ashton. I love being part of the VoigtJohnson team and feel incredibly blessed to do what I love for a living.

Growing up in Central MN on a hobby farm has helped lay a foundation of hard work, persistence, integrity, and care, in my life. 

My passion for real estate started in college when in my third year of school I applied for my first mortgage. I knew even then the impact of home ownership! Even though I was denied due to insufficient income, I did not let that stop me from dreaming about owning my own home. I continued to chase down that dream and bought my first home just a few years after in Sartell, and later turned that home into a rental property. 

Sartell has been my home as I have served as a pastor at The Waters Church for over 14 years. My husband Nick teaches Math at Sartell High School and coaches’ basketball, and we have twin girls, Audra & Nellie, who spice up life daily! As a family, we love to travel, entertain in our home, and go on adventures. Our family’s core conviction and desire is to help people be who they are created to be in every aspect of their lives. 

As your realtor my clients are the people I serve, thus, my number one priority is you. My greatest joy in life is connecting with people. Molly was born and raised in Central MN, attended schools in both St. Cloud and Sartell, and eventually went on to the University of Minnesota. Currently, she is a full-time real estate agent and mom to her son, Devonne.

Molly started her career in real estate in 2021 while finishing her degree at the University of Minnesota. Making selling real estate a career decision was a result of exposure and observation. She fostered her love for helping people buy and sell real estate through her mom’s diligent efforts to build an independently owned and operated brokerage. Having been surrounded by real estate professionals for years, Molly knows it is a personal business that thrives on helping people, not selling. Constant exposure to the business has armed Molly with skills that benefit buyers and sellers from the start. Whether it was talking to her mom, listening to her experiences, or being right alongside her for appointments- the opportunity to help people buy and sell real estate is a business that requires active engagement and commitment.

I am a long-time time resident of central MN. I have two children Jaxson and Sofia (my birthday twin) that light up my world! The values I instill in my children are what I try to lead by example by. These include being genuine, trustworthy, compassionate, and approachable. I am passionate about encouraging and supporting others to become the best version of themselves and accomplish their goals. With years’ experience in sales, marketing, merchandising and customer service it made sense to me to bring that experience into the real estate realm. Life is about connections, and nothing brings me greater joy than building on-going connections with others. I have a passion for self-growth and learning (just about anything). I truly believe knowledge is power and one should never stop! In my free time I enjoy being outdoors, four wheeling and above all cherishing moments with my children. 

I remember being a first-time home buyer and just how nervous I was about taking that first  step and what it all entailed.
