Heidi is a lifetime resident of Central MN. Her work ethic was refined at an early age by her parents, grandparents, aunts and uncles. Heidi along with her husband, Eric, have raised four children who are also journeying their way through the world with the core values of kindness, respect, and hard work. When people say Heidi is a busy gal, her response is that she says “YES” more.

Brandon and his wife, Laurie, believe in raising their daughters, Emma and Lindsey, with the enthusiasm of the entrepreneurial spirit. Inspired by this, Brandon understands the importance of combining a small business with giving back and contributing to our community. A graduate from The University of St. Thomas, Brandon spent some time working for a major Minnesota corporation prior to becoming a REALTOR.

His interest in investment properties as he emerged from college engaged him in the idea of transitioning into Real Estate. This move was made in 2004 and has been an incredible adventure. In addition to ongoing education, Brandon has also been an accredited instructor through the State of Minnesota and has served on the local board for St. Cloud Association of Realtors. Brandon likes to be involved and volunteers with Junior Achievement, Le Sauk Lions and attends Celebration Lutheran Church. Providing real estate services with a purpose is what drives Brandon!

Tara is a graduate of St. Cloud State University with a bachelor’s degree in marketing. Upon graduating in 2004 she began a career in Real Estate. A resume of experience that has engaged every facet of real estate function, Tara is truly an expert. As the Administrator of our organization she oversees all transactions from listing to sold. A unique perspective, Tara offers exceptional service to both our customers and to VoigtJohnson Realtors. A clear communicator with a calm disposition, she is the heart of our business!

Tara and her husband, Andy live in Gilman with their three adorable daughters Ali, Molly & Summer. As a family they enjoy spending time together- camping, gardening, and being outside. In the past several years, Tara and Andy have tackled numerous household remodeling projects and have invested into rental property. As a most valued person in our group- we love the passion she has for all things real estate in and outside of the work day.

A background in Credit and Financed was a great launching point for Tina to develop her Real Estate career. Growing up in Central MN has Emily deeply rooted in our community. Currently a resident of St. Joseph she finds enjoyment in spending time with family and friends. When Emily is not selling real estate, she enjoys the local lakes, horseback riding, SCSU Hockey and checking out new restaurants and brew pubs. Emily shares her home with her husband Dylan and their Golden Doodle Gracie.

Real Estate is a passion for Emily, she is a full time real estate agent and has been serving people for three years now. Working together with clients and assisting people in locating “the house” is a satisfying feeling. Christina was born and raised in Sauk Rapids. Her parents owned a small business in Central Minnesota and she contributes her entrepreneurial spirit to spending countless hours working alongside them. Those hours spent inside customer’s homes are what sparked her interest in customer service. A career in real estate was the perfect way to pair her customer service and marketing skills with a love for houses and helping people. Christina currently resides in St Joseph with her two beloved fur-babies, Ben the black lab and Vida the chi-weenie.

Christina offers a well-rounded grasp of real estate knowledge with experience in new construction, land & lot sales, and property management & rental properties. Renee has lived in Central Minnesota since 1983. Along with her husband of 34 years, she has four children and two grandchildren. While away from the work place, she enjoys spending time with family & friends, reading and watching her childrens sporting events.

As the daughter of a builder and wife of a property manager, she has been exposed to housing most of her life. Having built and designed 6 personal homes, she has acquired knowledge and skill sets that have proven beneficial to her clients, both Buyers and Sellers.

Focused on serving her clients interests first, Ren’ee has developed a successful track record. With a commitment to excellence, she enjoys assisting a variety of individual clients with entry-level homes to move-up, along with executive home buying and selling. As a 2002 graduate from State University with A Bachelors degree in Real Estate, Jaime brings a unique and well rounded perspective into the real estate industry. Jaime has also worked side by side with some of the areas top REO agents giving her first hand experience with bank owned/foreclosure properties. In addition she has completed over 500 property valuations and market reports for prospective buyers and seller, as well as corporate clients. With this knowledge and experience she is able to recommend proper pricing for sellers and insure value for buyers in all of their real estate transactions.

Jaime was born and raised in the St.Cloud area and continues to reside there with her fiancé, Pat and there 2 sons, Anthony and Logan. Raising their sons with the foundation that dedication, kindness and generosity are an essential part of both personal and professional relationships, Jaime also strives to apply these values to each and every client interaction. She prides herself in treating every client on a personal level and is always willing to go the extra mile to ensure their real estate experience is not only successful but enjoyable.

Dean is excited to be a part of the Voigt Johnson Team and have the opportunity to be affiliated with the Homes for Heroes program. Dean brings a desire to serve the real estate needs of his fellow educators, along with others who serve or have served our community or country.

As an accomplished educator with more than 20 years of experience, Dean is now using his skills to guide customers along the way to finding the perfect home. Dean is energized by serving others and listening to his client’s real estate needs. Dean is a graduate of Bethel University and St. Mary’s University. He has a Master’s Degree in Education and a Post Graduate Degree in Educational Administration. Dean was also the recipient of the Leaders in Educational Excellence Award (LEEA). Dean knows the St. Cloud area well. He has lived in Sartell for the past 19 years. Dean and his wife, Lana have two children, Lauren and Dylan. They love the many great opportunities available in the Sartell schools and community. They also attend The Waters Church in Sartell.

Brenda has worked as a real estate assistant since 1990. She took a few years off in real estate to work in other positions, but her heart remained in real estate. Brenda and her husband, Brian, live on acreage near Palmer and have 2 daughters and 5 grandchildren (& one on the way). They enjoy spending time with their families, traveling, riding their Harley, snowmobiling, boating, and hanging out at their cabin in northern Minnesota.

Ken has lived in central Minnesota since 1989. Along with his wife of 22 years, Ken has three children. Ken has over twenty-eight years of industry experience which includes real estate, land development and energy. His career includes over 20 years working for a leading home builder and neighborhood developer in the St. Cloud area.

Ken’s career has traveled full circle. Along with his real estate business, Ken is a middle school math teacher, basketball coach and track and field coach. Ken enjoys spending time with his family, fishing, running and doing projects at their lake home. Ken is looking forward to working with you in helping with all of your real estate needs.

Ann and her husband Shawn own a local business in St. Joseph, MN. The LaPlayette Bar has been a staple in this thriving community for over 60 years where Ann and Shawn continue to carry on the legacy of this iconic establishment. Ann’s aspirations with the LaPlayette are to continue honoring those relationships and carry on the stories that have remained true to the business for so many years.
